The BoldVu® Support Help Center is only available for MRI Customers.
MRI customers must sign in to the Support Center to view content.
To sign in or create an account, click Sign in (enclosed in blue in the image below) in the upper-right corner of the Help Center to open a login window. This window can be accessed from any page in the Help Center.
If you do not already have a Help Center account, you will need to register your email and create a password.
If you have emailed the MRI Support team before, your email is already registered, but you need to create a password to activate your account. To create a password, click Get a password (enclosed in blue below).
Enter your email address and press Submit (enclosed in blue below).
You will receive a verification email. Read the Help Center Terms and Conditions (enclosed in green below) and then click on the provided link (enclosed in blue below) to verify your email.
If you have not emailed MRI's Support Team before, click Sign up (enclosed in green below) to register your email address.
Read the Help Center Terms and Conditions (enclosed in green below), then fill out the form and press Sign up (enclosed in blue below).
Click on the link provided in the verification email to finish registration.
If you still cannot see Sudpport Center content after you have signed in, click here for help.
