The BoldVu® Support Center is only available to MRI customers. For this reason, you must be logged in using an account that is associated with an MRI customer organization to view Help Center content.

If you still cannot see any content after you log in, it may be because your account is not associated with an MRI customer in our system. This is most likely because:
- You created your account using a generic email domain, such as @gmail.com.
- Your specific email domain has not been added to your organization in MRI's system.
- This typically occurs with location-specific domains and subsidiaries.
To fix the problem, an MRI Customer Service Support Agent must manually associate your account with your organization.
